Meet Jonathan
I built up considerable knowledge and experience as Partner of a leading central London consultancy, dealing primarily with rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and acquisitions for a broad range of international and UK based organisations. I am a highly motivated problem solver advising clients on a broad range of property strategy.
In early 2018, my entrepreneurial instincts and long-term ambition to run my own practise finally got the better of me and Newman & Co was born.
I grew up in Northwest London but currently reside in Buckinghamshire with my wife and three children. I have strong Danish connections through family and am fluent in the language. I know how to hygge without having to explain what it means!
I love sport and am a season ticket holder at Leyton Orient FC along with my 2 boys, despite the 3 hour round trip to home games…
